Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temporary Sales/Stock Support Associate to join the team in Short Hills, NJ for an on-site retail role. This is a full-time position starting ASAP and ongoing through the holiday season. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:- Deliver exceptional internal client support by efficiently preparing merchandise and ensuring timely handoff to the sales floor.
- Assist sales initiatives by maintaining organized stock areas, processing inventory accurately, and supporting team members with product availability requests.
- Elevate the client experience by executing precise, elegant gift-wrapping and packaging to brand standards.
- Perform a wide range of BOH operational tasks—including shipping/receiving, stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining BOH cleanliness—to ensure overall store efficiency and presentation.
- Able to stand for the full duration of scheduled shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a premium or luxury environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver elevated customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
- This is a temporary position. The associate will be employed and paid by PCG.
