Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a skilled Fashion Repair Artisan to support high-quality after-sales repairs for luxury fashion items on-site in Piscataway, NJ. This role plays a hands-on part in craftsmanship, quality assessment, and repair execution while partnering closely with operations and boutique teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs on handbags, accessories, and fashion items in accordance with established craftsmanship standards
  • Assess incoming items to determine repair feasibility, required scope, prioritization, and timelines
  • Inspect merchandise for quality issues and authenticity concerns, escalating when needed
  • Collaborate with operations and retail partners to support repair requests and client needs
  • Track repairs accurately within internal systems and adhere to workflow processes
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously refine technical skills and craftsmanship
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Role Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in fashion repair, craftsmanship, or a related technical specialty
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, service, and client experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload based on complexity and timelines
  • Clear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally
  • High school diploma required; technical, design, or trade education preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time (5 days per week)

Salary:$24 - $33/hr
