Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor to join the team at their Las Vegas location. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused luxury sales professional who excels at client development, category expertise, and collaborating with boutique teams to grow business and elevate the client experience.
Job Duties Include:
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach, networking, and relationship management
- Drive sales through personalized consultations, product expertise, and exceptional client service
- Develop new business through client acquisition, referrals, and in-store traffic opportunities
- Partner closely with boutique teams to identify and grow opportunities within the watches and fine jewelry category
- Support after-sales service, repairs, and ongoing client follow-up
- Maintain merchandising presentation standards and assist with inventory management activities
- Share product knowledge and category expertise to support team development and client engagement
- Contribute to a collaborative boutique environment focused on long-term client relationships and business growth
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, fine jewelry, high jewelry, or other high-end luxury categories
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing a loyal client base
- Strong clienteling, relationship-building, and business development abilities
- Experience cultivating both new and existing client relationships
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a partnership-driven approach to selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and delivering elevated client experiences
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on client acquisition and retention
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and selling styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Pay: Up to $31 per hour + commission structure
