Our client, a wellness brand, is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across a range of corporate functions. This role is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across corporate and technical functions—including executive-level roles. You will own full-cycle recruiting while advising hiring teams on best practices, market intelligence, and strategic talent acquisition solutions.
This is a full-time temporary position that will begin immediately and will continue through May 1st 2026.
Job Duties Include:
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to senior leadership and hiring managers across departments, including C-suite stakeholders, and advise on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design tailored to business needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and corporate roles at all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, with a strong focus on efficiency and candidate experience. Must be able to manage 5–7 requisitions concurrently (may flex up to 10), from intake through offer close.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on DE&I.
- Lead and support executive search efforts, including candidate research, outreach, and pipeline development.
- Provide data-driven insights and talent market intelligence to inform hiring strategies.
- Offer immigration and visa guidance and support international hiring efforts, bringing experience in navigating global recruitment processes immigration, visa, and international hiring processes where applicable.
- Represent the company at recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to help build a strong pipeline of talent and strengthen brand awarenessrepresent the company at industry events and talent initiatives.
- Support fellow recruiters by offering guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and advanced interviewing techniques junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional recruiting partners to support holistic workforce planning efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data in the ATS.
- Adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house and agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for a wide range of corporate and technical roles.
- Proven success in executive search, including partnering directly with Director-level, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker who brings new ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability. Highly organized with strong follow-through and proactive, problem solving mindset.
- Familiarity with recruiting technologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems).
- Committed to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in recruiting practices and mentoring other team members to have shared success.
- A passion for commitment to delivering best-in-class candidate experiences and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Salary: $60-65/hr
