Role Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic accounts payable support
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Support meeting planning, materials, and internal communications
- Assist with onboarding activities and team coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams and support office operations and events as needed
- Maintain organization across administrative processes and support ongoing workflow efficiency
Role Qualifications
- 10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism with ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook
- Detail oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic environment
- Experience with SAP and Concur preferred
Salary: $98K - $105K
