Executive Assistant to SVP/CFO

Our client, a luxury portfolio brand, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the SVP/CFO in a hybrid capacity (4 days in-office in Shelton, CT). This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage shifting priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and support day to day executive operations with precision.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide high level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics
  • Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and basic accounts payable support
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Support meeting planning, materials, and internal communications
  • Assist with onboarding activities and team coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support office operations and events as needed
  • Maintain organization across administrative processes and support ongoing workflow efficiency

Role Qualifications
  • 10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism with ability to handle confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint Excel Word and Outlook
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with SAP and Concur preferred

Salary: $98K - $105K
