eCommerce Operations & Data Coordinator

Our client, an online specialty retailer, is hiring a eCommerce Operations & Data Coordinators to join their team in Delray Beach on a hybrid schedule (Monday to Wednesday in office). This is a temporary role slated for approximately 2-3 months with potential to convert based on business needs and performance. Working closely with Merchants, Site Merchandisers, and an IT partner, this person will create seamless processes to move products from initial setup to live on their eCommerce site. A core responsibility will be managing product data with precision and ensuring it flows accurately across platforms.

Job Duties Include:

  • Own the full product setup process, ensuring timely launches of new SKUs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for gathering product details, creative assets, and marketing copy.
  • Enter and configure product data within the e-commerce platform, including categorization, pricing, inventory, and site placement.
  • Conduct regular audits of product data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage bulk data updates using Excel and import/export tools.
  • Troubleshoot live-site issues such as incorrect details, missing images, or pricing errors.
  • Document and refine workflows to support scalable and efficient product setup.
  • Proactively identify gaps in operations and propose structured solutions.
  • Analyze product data to highlight trends, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1+ years in e-commerce, retail operations, or data management).
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a comparable platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, “builder” mentality with enthusiasm for creating structure in new environments.
  • Experience working with a Product Information Management (PIM) system, preferred
  • Understanding of digital merchandising principles, preferred

Salary: $25 - $28/hr
