Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring an eCommerce Logistics Coordinator to join their team onsite in Dayton. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist with locating return merchandise for processing, credit approval/rejection & return of customer shipments
- Investigate order rejections and/or related shipment discrepancies and report your findings through relevant application
- Utilize JIRA to document an explanation to enable internal stakeholders to provide clients with a status of their escalation or inquiry
- Manage and perform approved reshipments to clients
- Enter transfer shipment requests to facilitate movement between warehouse locations
- Assist with tracking and expedited processing of transfer shipment statuses ensuring timely receipt, inspection, verification, etc.
- Create transfer document enabling the physical movement of goods between warehouse locations and final stock put away of merchandise for resale
- Assist with scanning and invoicing outbound eCommerce client orders as needed
- Participate in annual physical inventory
- Assist with physical inspection and processing of client return orders for credit approval as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience, including either a hands-on internship or activities in a similar role and/or department
- High School Diploma required; BS or BA Degree preferred
- Excellent attention to detail & strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work with team members in various departments
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proven track record of meeting both short- & long-term goals and deadlines
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software
- Experience using SCALE WMS, Magento, Cegid, Microsoft Office Suite & TEAMS, Docuware, JIRA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary: $25 - $28/hr
