Job Duties Include:
- Act as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform, overseeing system performance, upgrades, enhancements, and new feature requests
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with broader objectives
- Partner cross-functionally to support system readiness, including user training, testing, rollout, iteration, and ongoing support
- Design, build, test, and implement system customizations and enhancements to meet evolving operational needs
- Manage and optimize all system integrations, including EDI, API, and connections across eCommerce, marketing, and inventory platforms
- Oversee and improve integration with Shopify, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability
- Develop and automate recurring reports (daily/weekly), including KPI and CRM reporting, to support team and leadership decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison with external IT vendors, ensuring smooth operation of all technology systems
- Support general IT operations as needed, including hands-on tasks such as office technology setup and maintenance (e.g., hardware installation, connectivity)
- Contribute to broader operational initiatives, including occasional travel to support retail store openings, closings, and on-site system setup
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience administering ERP systems, with strong expertise in NetSuite
- Proven ability to build workflows, dashboards, and customizations within NetSuite
- Comfortable working directly within the system to configure setups and independently pull and analyze reports (e.g., KPI, CRM data)
- Strong understanding of retail systems and processes, with experience supporting finance and/or product functions from a technology-driven perspective
- Experience managing system integrations (EDI, API, and third-party platforms)
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, including direct interaction with senior leadership
- Willingness to take on both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including occasional IT-related tasks outside of core ERP administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Open to occasional travel as needed to support business operations
Salary: 160k - 170k + bonus
