Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the global brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment across global marketing initiatives.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, ensuring alignment across all consumer and internal touchpoints.
- Partner with Integrated Marketing to execute influencer campaigns that align with the brand's strategic vision.
- Develop strategic guidelines for branded events, retail experiences, influencer activations, and wholesale marketing initiatives.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of events and brand activations.
Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within a luxury, premium, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brand.
- Proven experience leading global brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, luxury marketing, and consumer engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, public relations, and integrated communications.
- Experience leading creative content development and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, project management, and communication skills.
- Passion for luxury craftsmanship, design, culture, and creating exceptional consumer experiences.
Salary:$150k
