Key Responsibilities
- Lead all FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, monthly close support, and ongoing forecasting and reforecasting
- Analyze financial performance across channels, products, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with leadership to drive decision-making, improve margins, and optimize cost structures, including operating and capital expenses
- Oversee inventory and supply chain financial performance, including warehouse and distribution considerations
- Establish and track KPIs to measure financial and operational success
- Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to support business planning
- Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting accuracy, including ERP optimization, controls, and policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionals, including managers
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Requirements
- Experience across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce environments required
- Exposure to inventory, distribution, supply chain, and warehouse operations
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams, including managers
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a focus on execution and results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA preferred
- 8+ or more years of progressive FP&A experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in: retail, wholesale, eCommerce, and warehouse/supply chain operations
- Background in consumer-focused industries such as luxury, retail, beauty, or similar preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial planning tools proficiency
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
