Our client, a creative agency, is hiring a Director of Client Experience to join the team in New York City on a hybrid schedule. This is a full-time position that will report directly to the CEO, and be instrumental in shaping/leading the Client Experience team.
Job Duties Include:- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior-level client stakeholders across a variety of industries and brand sizes.
- Establish the systems, processes, rituals, and standards foundational to the Client Experience discipline.
- Navigate complex client needs with confidence, empathy, and professionalism, modeling effective communication and composure.
- Act as an internal and external expert, facilitating senior-level discussions on social strategy, content performance, and platform best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop effective expansion strategies in partnership with the CEO.
- Mentor emerging talent, building strategic confidence and leadership capabilities.
- 9+ years of client services experience within a digital, social-first, or creative agency; digital experience is required.
- Extensive experience with social media content, platforms, and performance strategy (paid and organic social perspective).
- Strong operational and organizational rigor — with experience building teams and improving systems.
- Proven success nurturing complex account relationships; fostering a culture of care and navigating escalations from clients with an ethos of hospitality.
- A passion for staying on top of the latest trends in social media and adapting to what’s changing in the landscape.
- An ambitious attitude and self-starter with high energy to be hands on and collaborate with team members.
