Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Retail Partnerships Specialist (Luxury) to support digital marketing initiatives, strategic retail partnerships, and communications projects. This is a hybrid position in NYC(3 days-per-week in office).
This role will help execute digital programs, maintain brand standards across online channels, coordinate partnership activities, and support cross-functional marketing efforts while ensuring a consistent and elevated brand presence.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple channels
- Assist with website audits, digital asset reviews, and ongoing brand compliance projects
- Monitor digital performance metrics and maintain reporting dashboards and marketing documentation
- Develop presentations and marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research on industry trends, marketing opportunities, and potential partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders to support project execution
- Maintain digital marketing guidelines, best practices, and brand consistency across initiatives
- Support workflow optimization, reporting processes, and ongoing marketing operations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital/brand marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Luxury, retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website management, SEO principles, and digital brand standards
- Familiarity with website platforms, content management systems, and basic HTML concepts
- Experience working with digital reporting, marketing analytics, and performance tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management and collaboration platforms preferred
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Salary:$75K - $80K
