Job Responsibilities
- Support U.S. import/export compliance through accurate reporting and daily operational support
- Download, analyze, and reconcile ACE reports; identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update internal and shared files to ensure broker accuracy and visibility
- Manage required trade compliance documentation and support audit readiness
- Provide compliance reporting updates and assist with entry audits
- Participate in cross-training, team support, and ad hoc operational tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
