Customer Service & Operations Manager

Our client, a  global beauty brand, is seeking a  Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Manager  onsite in Edison, NJ. This is full-time, 5-day-a-week role that will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, customer service, third-party logistics (3PL) coordination, and facility management.

Job Duties Include:

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, routing, and shipping to meet service and fulfillment targets.
  • Manage customer service functions related to order status, shipments, inventory discrepancies, damages, and escalations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the 3PL partner, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Conduct and support regular facility walkthroughs to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and fully operational.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor planning to meet operational demand.
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence on the warehouse floor.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience managing operations in a 3PL warehouse environment with teams of 10 or more employees.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, customer service, facilities, or logistics management.
  • Prior people management and vendor management experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, warehouse processes, building systems, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred

 

Compensation: $110-120k
