Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a CRM Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Job Duties Include:
- Drive the development of the Omnichannel CRM regional strategy for USA market
- Apply customer insights and analytics to shape local CRM initiatives throughout consumer journeys and across all touchpoints (newsletters, sms, clienteling, etc)
- Manage acquisition efforts across all channels, including local partnerships and collaboration with external vendors to recruit potential prospects & clients
- Collaborate with relevant functions at HQ and local level to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives
- Monitor and strive to achieve local CRM targets & KPIs; develop action plans accordingly
- Supervise daily local CRM operations across all the channels to enhance customer engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
- Stay informed of local market trends, innovation and best practices in CRM to make sure our brands’ offering and value proposition across different clients’ segments is cutting edge
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of developing and implementing CRM strategies that have driven measurable results within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent communicator able to effectively collaborate across different functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM technology platforms and related analytical tools.
Salary: $95k - $100k annually
