The Head of Consumer Engagement will develop and execute engagement strategies across public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, paid media, and product launches while ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated consumer engagement strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels
- Drive brand storytelling through public relations, communications, media partnerships, and high-impact campaigns
- Oversee organic social media strategy, content development, community engagement, and channel growth
- Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships that support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Lead full-funnel paid media initiatives, ensuring alignment between creative, messaging, and performance goals
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key marketing initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, digital, retail, and commercial teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize engagement strategies and ROI
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across communications, social, and influencer marketing functions
- Serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership on brand growth and consumer engagement initiatives
Role Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consumer engagement, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
- Background within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused brands preferred
- Proven experience leading PR, social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaign strategies
- Strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and the creator economy
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market and 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of paid media strategy and performance marketing best practices
- Track record of launching impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and business results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
