What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Human Resources team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and evolving organizational needs.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices across the organization.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate growth, transformation, and business evolution.
- Drive employee engagement efforts and culture-building initiatives that strengthen retention, performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that support transparency, alignment, and employee connection.
- Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent, compensation, learning, and workforce solutions.
- Ensure Human Resources policies, programs, and practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee key Human Resources operations and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
- Utilize workforce data and organizational insights to inform decision-making and recommend solutions that support business performance.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture while championing employee development and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience within a complex or high-growth organization.
- Experience working with global organizations and multilingual skills strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing people strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Strong expertise in Human Resources Business Partnering, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws and Human Resources best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on people, organizational, and business matters.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Experience driving employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively balance strategic and operational priorities.
- Experience within consumer-facing, retail, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or other high-growth industries.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed employee populations.
- Background working within global or multinational organizations.
- Experience scaling Human Resources functions during periods of rapid growth and transformation.
- Professional Human Resources certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
Salary:$180K - $220K + bonus
