Client Experience Coordinator [Remote]

Our client, a  textiles company, is seeking a  Client Experience Coordinator  to join their team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is a team player who can work solo and on a team, and has the ability to manage projects with little supervision when necessary.

Job Duties Include:

  • Order processing and management
  • Project management
  • Sales Representative Assistance
  • Create and build client relationships
  • Manage key accounts
  • Provide timely replies to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns

Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with B2B customer service, ideally within textiles or similar industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients
  • Experience with an ERP system and Salesforce
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Interest or experience with textiles, interiors, or design

Salary: $55k annually
