This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately. Candidates must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead all aspects of a beauty and personal-care center, overseeing team performance, guest experience, sales execution, scheduling, labor management, and day-to-day operations.
- Drive center revenue by coaching the team to achieve beauty service and retail KPIs, including service bookings, Wax Pass memberships, retail product sales, conversion, rebooking, and overall revenue goals.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team of beauty service and guest-facing professionals, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and accountability while fostering an engaged, sales-driven culture.
- Champion an elevated beauty and wellness guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong product and service knowledge, center cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand, licensing, and safety standards.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, medspa, cosmetics, or another high-touch, service-driven retail environment strongly preferred.
- Strong KPI fluency and commercial acumen, with experience analyzing sales, conversion, service bookings, rebooking/retention, memberships, retail attachment, and other performance metrics.
- Proven people leadership skills with experience hiring, coaching, motivating, and developing teams to deliver both exceptional beauty experiences and strong sales results.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including labor management, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and performance management, with polished communication and guest conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary:$60K-$70K + Commission
