Our client, an iconic timepiece brand, is seeking a Brand Experience & Territory Manager
to manage stores and retailers across the Midwest region,
ensuring strong retail execution, brand storytelling and distribution expansion. This is a full-time, remote
opportunity. Timepiece experience and frequent travel across the region is required for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sell-in and sell-through, revenue growth, and territory performance against KPIs
- Own and manage P&L, including negotiation of terms, space, allocation, and profitability
- Prospect new business and expand distribution channels
- Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers, key accounts, and stakeholders through consistent engagement
- Strong retail execution skills: merchandising assessment, in-store standards, brand consistency, and positioning
- Deliver in-store trainings to improve product knowledge and selling effectiveness
- Plan and execute retail events, product launches, and local activations in partnership with retailers and PR
Job Qualifications:
- Timepiece background, preferably with a Swiss brand (required for consideration)
- 4+ years of experience in field sales / wholesale / retail development
- Strong key account relationship management skills with retail buyers and store leadership; consistency in business reviews and performance follow up.
- Proven success with growing distribution, identifying/prospecting new retail partners, and expanding doors/assortment.
- Experience driving retail execution across multiple locations.
- Comfortable managing a multi-state territory with frequent travel (approximately 70%)
Salary:$130,000
