Brand Activation Director

Our client, an Italian luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Brand Activation Director to join the team at their corporate office in New York City on a hybrid schedule. Travel is a requirement for this role and the ideal candidate is available to travel to stores and the company's HQ in Europe as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Design and execute customer engagement programs and brand events to build strong relationships with target audience
  • Manage brand projects' execution, orchestrating the contribution from all departments and external partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position brand effectively
  • Utilize data and customer feedback to boost engagement strategies and customer experiences
  • Provide visibility on the status of all brand initiatives including functional plans, budget updates, etc.
  • Partner to ensure alignment between brand, commercial, and product calendar
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on regional or multi-locational marketing 
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of other languages a plus
  • A valid passport is required for international travel

Salary: $140k - $150k annually
