Our client, luxury fashion house, is looking to hire a permanent Boutique Facilitator to join the team at their Madison Avenue location. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing the highest standards of service. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales associates and ensuring all areas of the boutique are supported. Candidates must be able to work 40 hour per week retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Welcome and greet customers with elevated service
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing sales and service support
- Support with day-to-day retail operations such as maintaining visual presentation of the boutique, organizing inventory, and handling shipments
- Assist with administrative tasks and handling customer issues as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail focused role
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration to shift
Salary: $24 - $28/hr
