Job Responsibilities
- Support daily after sales operations, including product inspection, repair coordination, and quality control
- Track and manage inventory flow in and out of the repair process
- Review repairs to ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate repair shipments and support logistics processes
- Complete administrative tasks, including system updates, documentation, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in operations, retail, or client service environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
