Associate, Product Operations

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to support day-to-day after-sales operations in a dynamic environment. This onsite role in Piscataway, NJ works closely with internal teams to ensure seamless repair processes, strong organization, and high-quality standards across all products and client service activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support daily after sales operations, including product inspection, repair coordination, and quality control
  • Track and manage inventory flow in and out of the repair process
  • Review repairs to ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate repair shipments and support logistics processes
  • Complete administrative tasks, including system updates, documentation, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

Job Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, retail, or client service environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary:$35/hr + bonus
