Our client, a  clean skincare brand, is seeking an  Associate Manager, Paid Media  to join their growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring two days per week in-office in Brooklyn. This role will support and scale the brand's performance marketing efforts across key digital acquisition channels. The brand is results-driven, data-informed, and focused on delivering high-quality products through education, transparency, and thoughtful storytelling. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, highly organized, and excited to grow within a collaborative environment.

Job Duties Include:

  • Manage and optimize full-funnel paid media programs across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including website-focused and TikTok Shop advertising, in partnership with the Director of DTC and external media agencies.
  • Support the development of creative strategies by identifying UGC needs, coordinating with brand and affiliate partners, securing paid usage rights, and ensuring seamless delivery of assets to agency partners.
  • Oversee e-commerce acquisition channels such as SEM and SEO in collaboration with leadership and agency partners; explore new channels and tactics to drive qualified traffic and online sales.
  • Stay current on DTC, beauty, and performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to inform testing, innovation, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar, ensuring clear communication and alignment across internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging, timely asset delivery, and consistent execution across all paid channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate; deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to inform budget allocation and creative direction.
  • Support creative testing initiatives by organizing, tagging, and tracking assets based on performance, audience segmentation, and usage rights.
  • Collaborate with the Director of DTC to execute and evolve the TikTok Shop strategy, including launches, promotions, exclusive offers, and surprise-and-delight moments.
  • Work closely with affiliate partners and agencies to activate creators for TikTok Shop on an ongoing and campaign-based basis, aligned with broader brand objectives.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Experience optimizing digital acquisition channels, including display, affiliate marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4 / Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external agencies to refine campaign structure and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Dropbox, Figma, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Asana.

Salary: 80k-100k + bonus
