Job Duties Include:
- Manage and lead a team in tandem with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager on all aspects of the business
- Open and close the store with full responsibility for cash, key control, and end-of-day reporting
- Drive sales through styling, clienteling, and proactive outreach
- Deliver a VIP-level experience for high-value clients and all requests
- Maintain standards of presentation, tone, and client interaction at all times
- Oversee visual merchandising, replenishment, and floor readiness daily
- Coordinate tailor drop-offs/pickups, dry clean outbound and returns, and quality checks on receipt
- Oversee transfers between stores, receiving, tagging, steaming, and back-stock organization
- Support inventory control — on-hand checks, discrepancies, etc.
- Ensure adherence to all loss prevention and high-value handling procedures
- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and discretion
- Support your managers in recruiting, training, and coaching of stylists and new hires
- Communicate store needs and updates to Store Manager in real time
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years in contemporary or luxury retail leadership
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods is a non-negotiable
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders (6–12 feet) as needed, and lift items up to 50lbs
- Confident, polished, and sales-driven with strong styling instincts
- Organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Natural leader who models pace, tone, and high standards for the team
- Clear communicator; comfortable juggling both sales and operations in tandem
- Loves fashion, relationships, and the boutique environment
Salary: $55K-$60K
