Our client, a luxury British heritage brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Beverly Center in LA. This is a full-time, permanent role starting ASAP. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:
  • Lead the sales floor with a strong focus on product storytelling and “romancing” the assortment, ensuring every client interaction feels elevated, intentional, and aligned with a luxury service standard.
  • Drive clienteling initiatives by building and nurturing long-term client relationships, coaching the team on outreach, appointment setting, and personalized follow-up to increase retention and repeat business.
  • Supervise and develop Sales Associates through hands-on coaching and real-time feedback, reinforcing front-of-house best practices, sales performance standards, and an exceptional in-store client experience.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned 

Job Qualifications Include:
  • Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a similarly client-centric field with a strong emphasis on high-touch customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example on the sales floor, driving performance through elevated service standards, product storytelling, and proactive client outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams, provide real-time feedback, and cultivate a culture centered around exceptional front-of-house execution
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift)

Salary: $70K + Commission
