Job Duties Include:
- Lead the sales floor with a strong focus on product storytelling and “romancing” the assortment, ensuring every client interaction feels elevated, intentional, and aligned with a luxury service standard.
- Drive clienteling initiatives by building and nurturing long-term client relationships, coaching the team on outreach, appointment setting, and personalized follow-up to increase retention and repeat business.
- Supervise and develop Sales Associates through hands-on coaching and real-time feedback, reinforcing front-of-house best practices, sales performance standards, and an exceptional in-store client experience.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a similarly client-centric field with a strong emphasis on high-touch customer engagement and relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example on the sales floor, driving performance through elevated service standards, product storytelling, and proactive client outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate teams, provide real-time feedback, and cultivate a culture centered around exceptional front-of-house execution
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift)
Salary: $70K + Commission
