Job Duties Include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for repair and after-sales inquiries
- Coordinate repair intake, assessments, shipment processing, and client pickup activities
- Manage client communications throughout the repair process, providing updates, timelines, and follow-up support
- Review repair requests and collaborate with internal teams and service partners to determine appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate records, reports, claims, and repair documentation
- Monitor open repair cases and ensure timely resolution and client communication
- Conduct quality checks on completed repairs and returned merchandise
- Support inventory, shipping, and operational processes related to repairs and service requests
- Assist with elevated client concerns and help resolve service-related issues
- Deliver training and guidance to boutique teams on repair procedures and after-sales best practices
- Participate in reporting, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, client services, after-sales, customer care, or a related field
- Experience supporting repairs, service operations, or post-purchase client interactions preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle escalated client situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience maintaining reports, documentation, and operational records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Pay:$25 - $28/hr
