Job Duties Include:
- Process and manage accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate posting.
- Maintain vendor records, support vendor onboarding, and resolve invoice or billing discrepancies.
- Execute payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer while performing vendor account reconciliations.
- Review, approve, and reconcile employee travel and expense reports through Concur.
- Support general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Assist with 1099 reporting, year-end compliance requirements, and other accounting projects as needed.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of accounting internship and/or professional experience, ideally within a retail environment.
- Ability to support both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience with SAP is preferred; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
