This position calls for advanced Vendor Central know-how and a solid command of e-commerce operations. This person will own the Amazon account end-to-end, covering management, performance analytics, brand and commercial strategy, operational execution, and advertising, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams each day to deliver growth and results.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own day-to-day management of two brands on Amazon Premium Beauty, ensuring flawless execution across 1P business models.
- Lead operational performance, including ASIN setup, item maintenance, and coordination with internal teams to launch products smoothly.
- Manage inventory health: track stock levels, flag risks, initiate transfers, and support ordering/forecasting to sustain sales momentum.
- Oversee monthly chargeback reconciliation in partnership with agency and warehouse counterparts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Amazon stakeholders and external agency partners; handle routine troubleshooting and escalations.
- Drive account KPIs and ambitious growth targets; support new brand launches on Amazon as needed.
- Shape brand-specific go-to-market strategy for Amazon, collaborating with trade/brand marketing on best-in-class content (A+, PDP optimization, Brand Store updates, etc.).
- Partner with media and agency teams to plan and execute Amazon advertising and retail media efforts for assigned brands.
- Monitor net sales and manage the end-to-end order lifecycle through shipment.
- Deliver clear performance reporting: weekly sell-through recaps, business updates, and stakeholder-ready dashboards/presentations.
- Conduct competitive and category trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy in the beauty space.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on Amazon account management experience, with exposure to Vendor Central and/or Seller Central (1P and/or 3P).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with comfort translating data into actionable insights and leadership-ready narratives.
- Experience with SAP is a plus (not required).
- Confidence communicating, collaborating cross-functionally, and presenting clearly to senior stakeholders.
