Our client, a luxury bedding brand, is looking to hire a part time Sales Associate to join the team at their brick & mortar store in Edina. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Create elevated experiences for clients through the in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation program
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Act as an ambassador for company values
- Ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks including dusting, vacuuming, steaming, and ensuring shared areas are regularly cleaned and well-stocked
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of retail sales experience (or comparable industry -Equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered.
- Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation
- A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Must be open to offsite home design consultants as needed
Salary: $20 - $25/hour + bonus
