Her experience on both the client and talent sides gives Krista a strong perspective on what makes a candidate successful. She enjoys getting to know each candidate’s individual journey and connecting their experience, strengths, and aspirations with the right opportunities. In parallel, Krista leads and develops PCG’s internal teams, empowering them to reach their highest level of performance and achieve continued growth.

Krista has a fun spirited mini Goldendoodle named Stanley, who never quite stopped being a puppy! ๐พ
He loves chasing chipmunks, going on long walks, and playing ball on repeat (and repeat…and repeat!). His favorite thing, though, might just be a good belly rub and peanut butter. And in true Stan fashion, there’s one thing that absolutely terrifies him: flies in the house. Somehow, this 37 pound fearless pup can chase chipmunks all day but will completely lose it over a tiny fly buzzing around! ๐ชฐ๐ถ
