Pilates and fitness are a big part of my everyday routine, whether I’m taking strength, sculpt, or Pilates classes. I also enjoy giving back to the community by helping assist with classes on the weekends. Fitness keeps me energized, motivated, and connected, and I love being surrounded by people who share that same passion for wellness and movement.
