With 10+ years of experience in Human Resource Management, Employee and Client Relations, Organizational Development, Legal Compliance, Policy Creation, Training & Development, and HR Systems, Katelyn brings a strategic yet people-first approach to her role as Director of People & Culture.
She is passionate about supporting employees' well-being, growth, and success while creating a strong, engaged workplace culture. She leads people-focused initiatives and development programs that strengthen the employee experience, foster collaboration, and support the continued success of both employees and clients.
Katelyn holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Talent Development from New York University that she earned while working at PCG, and she believes that when people feel valued, supported and empowered, organizations thrive.

Theo is the most playful, loving puppy who loves going on long walks, chasing squirrels and playing fetch! He's easily motivated by cheese and is always down for an adventure!
