is the Assistant Vice President of Client Success
at PCG. Having started his career with the firm as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Jason has grown alongside the organization. In his role, he supports nationwide retail and corporate searches across the fashion and luxury industries, blending client management, business development, and recruitment to build lasting partnerships and connect brands with exceptional talent.
Jason is passionate about relationship-building and brings an energetic, people-first approach to both his clients and candidates. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with leading fashion, luxury, jewelry, beauty, and lifestyle brands on searches ranging from boutique and field leadership to corporate functions and large-scale retail hiring initiatives.

Outside of PCG, Jason serves as Executive Vice President of Communications for New Hope Celebrates
, an LGBTQ+ nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and supporting the community in New Hope, Pennsylvania, and Lambertville, New Jersey.
A former Division I diver and current CrossFitter, Jason still enjoys a little friendly competition. He lives in Lambertville, New Jersey with his husband and their very cute dog, Drogo.
