For more than a decade, Gina Squicciarini-Ozer has partnered with leading global brands to build, scale, and operationalize exceptional workforce and customer experiences. As Vice President of Event Staffing at PCG, Gina leads the firm’s Events & Hospitality Division, overseeing national business development, client partnerships, workforce strategy, recruiting operations, and program execution across North America.

Under her leadership, the division supports complex, high-volume programs for some of the world’s most recognized brands across luxury retail, hospitality, experiential marketing, museums, cultural institutions, and live events. Her work extends far beyond traditional staffing, helping clients develop scalable workforce solutions that strengthen guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term business objectives.

Gina oversees the full lifecycle of client partnerships—from business development and strategic planning through workforce design, recruitment, project management, field execution, and ongoing program optimization. She has built and managed staffing strategies supporting thousands of contingent professionals and programs ranging from high-touch luxury experiences and flagship openings to large-scale experiential activations and ongoing national workforce programs.

Known for bridging strategy with execution, Gina works closely with clients and internal teams to transform complex workforce needs into scalable, high-performing programs. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding Pyramid Consulting Group’s Events & Hospitality capabilities, strengthening national client partnerships, and positioning the division as a trusted workforce partner for brands where exceptional people and exceptional experiences are critical to success.
