Our client, a luxury accessories brand, is looking to hire a Temporary Boutique Coordinator to join the team at their Chicago location. This role involves supporting the sales team and management in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a seamless retail experience. This is a temporary role that will begin immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist and support Client Advisors with sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
- Process cash transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with operational tasks, including data entry, stock management, and cleaning
- Collaborate with the back-of-house stock team to receive and process new product deliveries
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and operations
- Maintain stockroom organization and preparation for upcoming product deliveries
- Adhere to all operations policies and procedures
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Luxury retail experience preferred, but not required
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a team environment
- Fluency in all tools used to create a positive interaction for clients
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $20 - $21/hour
