Our client, a property group, is hiring a Temporary Admin Assistant to join their Construction Department onsite in Indianapolis. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue for up to 2-3 months but may be shorter based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Compile and maintain project status reports
- Record meeting minutes and distribute to the team
- Process expense reports and render invoices
- Manage mailing tasks
- Prepare journal entries and process uncommitted invoices
- Draft contracts per Project Manager’s direction
- Assist with sending DocuSign documents as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Prior construction support experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Salary: $23/hr
