Temp to Perm Executive Assistant

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to join the team at their corporate office in New York City. This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours as needed.


Job Duties Include:

  • Manage the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and engagements
  • Coordinate complex and detailed travel itineraries, including follow-ups during travel
  • Prepare and process travel and other expense reports
  • Prepare for meetings by organizing materials, compiling data, creating presentations, etc.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and inquiries
  • Develop and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Manage monthly departmental reports (e.g., calendars, staffing, productivity, demographics).
  • Provide departmental support, contributing executive-level insight on cross-functional initiatives
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet, and Concur Expenses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime and some weekends as needed, especially during executive travel.

Pay: $28-30/hour
