Our client, a growing online specialty retailer, is looking for a temporary Senior Marketing Program Manager to join their team in Boston on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This role will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns. This includes managing core food, equine, vendor-funded, sitewide, and other high-visibility initiatives. The role ensures campaigns are brought to market quickly and deliver measurable impact. This role is slated for approximately 6 months.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead the end-to-end management of multiple, concurrent integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align priorities, drive collaboration, and ensure seamless execution
- Manage vendor-funded programs and retail marketing initiatives, optimizing for both brand and business impact
- Build durable processes that improve campaign efficiency, speed to market, and cross-team alignment
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep programs on track and achieve business objectives
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing program management, integrated marketing campaigns, or a related field
- Strong background in retail marketing and vendor-funded programs
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale programs with measurable outcomes
Salary:$106.00/hr
