Our client, global luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire Luxury Sales Associate to join the team at retail location at Woodbury Commons. This is a full-time position starting immediately. Candidates must be able to work a 40 hours per week retail schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by going above and beyond, building strong relationships, and using clienteling tools to drive loyalty.
- Stay knowledgeable about all products and services, using in-store tools to support the customer journey and ensure accurate transactions.
- Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, stockroom organization, and health & safety procedures.
- Support daily operations, including stock management, deliveries, repairs, store events, and opening/closing duties.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably supporting luxury fashion brands.
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets supporting retail.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $20 - $22 per hour + commission
