Our client, contemporary fashion brand, is looking to hire an District Manager, Mountain West based on Las Vegas, NV or Scottsdale, AZ or Phoenix, AZ. This will be a remote role with heavy travel to visit store locations 3-4 days per week.
This is a full-time permanent position starting immediately. Candidates must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, and be flexible to travel up to 70%.
Job Duties Include:
- Build, coach, and develop diverse, high-performing teams
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning with an emphasis on inclusivity and growth
- Drive store profitability by managing P&L, payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize engagement and conversion, and analyze market trends to impact business results
- Cascade company vision and initiatives across stores, ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are consistently upheld, and execute quarterly/annual business plans to meet sales and budget goals
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years in retail management including 3+ years overseeing multi-store or district-level operations
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement solutions that drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Strong communicator with the ability to build high-performing teams, foster a customer-first culture
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Salary (or range): $110k - $130K + Bonus
