Our client, a wellness brand, is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary role that is slated until the end of February. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across a range of corporate functions. The role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, a proactive approach to workforce planning, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Job Duties Include:
- Build relationships with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design tailored to business needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, with a strong focus on efficiency and candidate experience
- Recruit across a variety of corporate functions, including finance, accounting, marketing, product development, and technology, adapting quickly to new and evolving pipelines
- Stay up to date on industry best practices, tools, and trends in recruiting and DEI, continuously driving improvements across recruiting operations
- Support fellow recruiters by offering guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and advanced interviewing techniques
- Provide immigration and visa guidance and support international hiring efforts, bringing experience in navigating global recruitment processes
- Represent the company at recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to help build a strong pipeline of talent and strengthen brand awareness
- Foster relationships with key institutions and pipeline organizations to maintain a strong network of future candidates
- Work closely with other recruiters and departments to support hiring efforts across the broader organization
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Expertise in recruiting across core corporate functions, with the ability to pivot into new functional areas such as tech as needed
- A blend of in-house and agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders (Director-level and above) to make strategic hires
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex role requirements
- Creative thinker who brings new ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
- Experience supporting immigration/visa processes and international recruitment efforts
- Committed to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in recruiting practices
- Passionate about contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Salary: $50 - $54/hr
