Our client, a consumer goods brand, is hiring a Brand Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will lead the brand’s growth strategy and product innovation pipeline.
Job Duties Include:
- Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to drive brand awareness, differentiation, consumer loyalty, and a robust new product pipeline.
- Partner to develop, refine, and commercialize new products, ensuring they meet consumer needs, brand standards, and business goals
- Collaborate to develop seasonal campaigns and evergreen initiatives that support products across the full customer journey
- Oversee consistent and integrated brand execution across paid media, email, social, packaging, and owned channels
- Track brand health, product performance, and category trends to identify new opportunities and inform proactive brand and product plans
- Partner to ensure marketing initiatives support retail execution, supply chain readiness, and an excellent consumer experience
- Manage and mentor an internal team to deliver high-quality work that supports both brand building and successful product introductions
Job Qualifications Include:
- 8+ years in brand marketing within consumer-packaged goods, with experience driving both strategy and execution across retail and e-commerce
- Experience at a high growth omnichannel company (Amazon, DTC, organic social, paid media, and retail)
- Experience building brand awareness through content and messaging across all channels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with internal and external partners to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and functions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Salary: $135k - $145k annually
