Our client, a leading energy company specializing in large-scale energy projects, is seeking an Entry-Level Talent Sourcer to join their dynamic team in Edison. This is a great opportunity to launch your recruiting career in a growing industry with hands-on training and mentoring. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Edison during the initial training period; after training, flexibility to work hybrid or remote depending on performance and business needs.
Job Duties Include:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles and talent needs
- Proactively source, research, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and other search methods
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly
- Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling as needed
- Meet daily and weekly goals for outreach volume, qualified candidates identified, and other performance metrics
- Support various recruiting projects and contribute to a high-energy team environment
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- A satisfactory background and drug screen in accordance with local and state legal regulations is required
Salary: $25 - $27/hr
