Our client, a wellness brand, is looking to hire a Chain Planning - System and Process Analyst to join the team at hybrid capacity (1 day a week in office) in NYC. This is a temporary role that is scheduled to last through the beginning of January 2026.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of system data by routinely auditing and updating configurations, master data, and relevant system information
- Conduct thorough data reviews to identify and resolve inconsistencies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across systems
- Partner with stakeholders to investigate and address data-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to operations.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in supply chain functions, with a focus on supply, distribution, or demand planning preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Solid experience in system support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning tools—experience with platforms like Kinaxis Maestro is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced problem-solving using formulas and data analysis tools.
Salary: $35 -$36/hr
