Store Manager, Miami Design District

Our client, a high-end contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Store Manager to join the team at their store located in the Miami Design District. This is a temporary position that will begin in August for training in NYC, and continue for 6-7 months with the potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

 

Job Duties Include:

  • Lead store operations, customer experience, and sales performance
  • Set and achieve store goals while ensuring exceptional customer service standards
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
  • Create a positive, performance-driven culture through feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Support team development through regular check ins and performance reviews
  • Drive initiatives in the local market to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are met
  • Monitor and manage store expenses and payroll to align with business goals
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

 

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management
  • Luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business results
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in clienteling and building long-term customer relationships
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory tools, and retail reporting
  • Flexible and agile with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, and customer experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift

 

Salary: $58/hr
