Our client, a high-end contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Full Time Stock Lead to join the team at their store located in the Miami Design District. Candidates must be available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. This is a temporary position that will begin in September and continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must have experience with fulfilling online orders in current/previous experience.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain ownership of the stockroom by ensuring all merchandise is organized by style, size, and color
- Act as connection between the stock room and sales floor to support the sales team as needed
- Receive and process merchandise upon delivery including sorting and placing merchandise in appropriate assigned areas
- Prepare packages for external shipment using computer systems for shipment
- Assist with pulling orders and preparing boxes/cartons for shipping
- Ensure completion of shipments, transfers, damages, and donations
- Replenish merchandise and miscellaneous items daily and accurately
- Maintain high standards of general housekeeping
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience working in a luxury retail environment
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to strategize, work with agility, and implement practical business practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $24 - $26/hr
