Our client, a luxury skincare brand, is hiring a Sr. Manager, Maison - Prestige Beauty to join the team at their New York City spa & retail location. This position is responsible for introducing brand awareness in the market, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards in all aspects of operations. Candidates must be able to work a full-time retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain a consistent and polished brand image, ensuring the team adheres to uniform guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and overall cleanliness of the boutique and spa areas
- Uphold brand values and foster a unified, team-oriented environment, encouraging collaboration among staff
- Oversee daily point-of-sale procedures, including opening/closing protocols, cash handling, stock management, and tester inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies on transactions, including returns and exchanges
- Track and drive spa sales performance, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded
- Partner to analyze key retail performance indicators, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategic actions to enhance sales
- Proactively seek ways to increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized client interactions
- Participate in direct selling while promoting a collaborative sales approach
- Build and nurture a loyal clientele using the company’s CRM system, supporting the team in developing long-term customer relationships
- Plan and execute in-store events designed to attract new customers and drive revenue growth
- Work closely with Director on all aspects of team management and operational efficiency
- Identify and leverage new opportunities for sales expansion within the local community and existing client base
Job Qualifications Include:
- Background in management within luxury spa or prestige beauty locations required
- Experience in luxury skincare or niche fragrance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in digital tools, including retail POS systems, client management software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to motivate and engage a team
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for duration of shift & lift up to 50lbs.
Salary: $135k - $145k annually
