Our client, a specialty showroom, is hiring a PT Showroom Events Assistant to join the team at their Beverly Hills location. This is a temporary position that has the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. This role will be working 2-3 days per week at the Showroom then as needed for Events (nights/weekends),
Job Duties Include:
- Represent brand with polish and warmth during events, providing a welcoming and professional presence for guests, partners, and VIPs.
- Set up and tear down showroom and off-site events. Assist with receiving and organizing event materials.
- Assemble and personalize gifts based on recipient profiles; track inventory; manage packing and shipping.
- Receive shipments, track inventory, and maintain product displays. Keep storage and prep areas efficient and tidy to support the Showroom Experience
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Strong logistical and operational execution skills; detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in retail operations, event production, or logistics coordination is a plus.
- Can lift, move, and handle product and fixture setup as part of physical event support.
- Collaborative, reliable, and eager to support cross-functional teams with polish and professionalism.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 30lbs.
- Open availability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends
Salary: $23/hr
