Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring an Architectural Design Project Management Specialist to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure store design projects are completed by established timelines while aligning with the brand concept
- Deliver an elevated client experience
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and corresponding deliverables
- Oversee all phases of projects from bidding through completion
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders, including external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- Track all project costs and work with procurement teams to source materials
- Manage quarterly reporting to ensure the integrity and successful oversite of budgets and resource management
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve project efficiency, and maintain clear documentation and project records
- Develop contingency plans and troubleshoot issues ensuring that problems are addressed and risks are mitigated
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
- Experience in luxury retail, architecture, or interior design preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Understanding of retail store construction, millwork, and fixture production
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Understanding of sustainability principles
- Proficiency in project management tolls (Microsoft projects, AirTable, Procore) and design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting
- Fluency is French/English is a plus
Salary: $100k - $120k annually
